These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Trueveal ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Trueveal generates estimates of home ownership costs, system lifespans, and repair timing based on the information you provide and publicly available data. These figures are:
Always verify material figures with a qualified professional before buying, selling, refinancing, or making any other real-estate decision.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

The app integrates with third-party services (Firebase, Anthropic, Google Places, NREL, Freddie Mac PMMS). Your use of those features is also subject to the respective providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The app, its content, and all associated trademarks, logos, and branding are owned by Trueveal. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of the data you enter.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from within the app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or accuracy of the estimates produced.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trueveal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the app — including any decision you make based on estimates generated by the app.
You agree to indemnify and hold Trueveal harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by a third party due to or arising from your use of the app or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
